Reporting to the VP of Sales & Business Development of Txtstation Global Limited, we are seeking to add an experience consultative sales executive to join our small but outstanding team. This new position, to be located in the home office, will have responsibility for guiding clients and prospects in the development of mobile marketing strategies with accountability for achieving revenue and financial goals.  <br>

The ideal candidate will provide thought leadership in the marketplace on how to optimize the use of mobile marketing in relevant industry verticals along with the implementation of customer strategies that enhance sales and build enterprise value. <br>

About the Position <br>
<br>
As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading all revenue generating activities within the newly formed Builders Digital Exchange (BDX) organization.  You will report to the CEO and work with the executive team to establish attainable yet aggressive goals on both existing as well as newly emerging products.   The Director of Sales will develop the sales plan, including strategies and tactics, as well as sales methodologies and processes to achieve the organization’s revenue goals.  <br>

The types of products that the successful candidate will be responsible for selling: <br>
&#61656;	Online listing services (advertising) to homebuilders across the nation <br>
&#61656;	Online advertising (tiles/banners) to homebuilders and other real estate related partners <br>
&#61656;	Animation, rendering and media services <br>
&#61656;	Hosted sites and data services to newspaper and other online real estate partners<br>
&#61656;	Distribution partnerships across the Internet <br>
&#61656;	Other products as they are launched <br>
<br>
This position requires proven management experience and the ability to develop the existing sales organization to achieve sustained success.  In addition to strategy setting and managing, the Director should anticipate being involved in handling frontline sales activities personally.   <br>
<br>
Additional responsibilities include understanding product capabilities and future industry developments and trends; working with marketing, sales support, and contract administration, writing proposals and quotations, license negotiations, and all other aspects of account management.   The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10+ years of proven success in Internet/Technology sales with a clear demonstration of consultative selling skills including excellent analytic, communication, and presentation skills.  The successful candidate will also possess the proven ability to manage an experienced team of sales professionals.<br>

<description><![CDATA[Quick Part-Time position for someone to call on a provided target list to invite people to attend upcoming webinars.  <br>
Call script will be provided as well.<br>
This is a short contract  of 1-2 weeks, but success will lead to more projects or possible employment in 2010<br>
Work to be completed from home sometime between 8am and 7 pm to cover East and West coast business hours.<br>

Requirements:<br>
--Inside sales experience making outbound calls and working from scripts<br>
--Experience working with a CRM <br>
--Experience working in the I.T. industry<br>
--Professional and pleasant phone voice<br>
--Fluent in English<br>
--Motivated and eager to learn<br>
--Computer and Telephone<br>
--High Speed Internet Access<br>
--US Calling Plan. We will not reimburse for long distance charges<br>

--SugarCRM<br>
--Skype<br>
--Google Talk<br>
--Google Docs<br>
