330 acres which is located about 60 miles from San Antonio, and 21 miles from Bandera Texas in the Hill Country. Which, I will lease for Bow Hunting thru the 2009/2010 Hunting Season for Bow Hunting only. Nine feeders already setup and have been feeding for seven months, it’s been four years since the last time any hunting was done on the property.
Be at one with nature and keep Bow-hunting through the 2009/2010 hunting season at my property.
1. Bow-hunting will make you pay real attention to scent, movement, since you will get as close as 15-yards of your target.
2. Bow-hunting is more of a discipline, it is more satisfying, rewarding, challenging, and more difficult to harvest your Game with a Bow & Arrow,
3. Bow-hunting takes more skill.
4. Other than being able to shoot and hit a target from 15 feet to 50 yards, you also have to learn skills of stalking and tracking the animal.
5. As a bow-hunter you will have to study and learn the habits of the game you are hunting.
6. Once you shot your animal, it is your responsibility as the bow-hunter to track and recover your kill.
7. Tracking will take more skill, usually your animals will be recovered within a couple hundred feet from the point of impact.
8. Put to practices your skills that has taken you all year round to perfect at your archery clubs and shoot that big BUCK!
9. $250 per weekend per Hunter which will start Friday at noon thru Sunday afternoon.
10. $125 per person for a weekday hunt.
11. $1000 per person for 4 weekends hunts.
12. $1500 per person throughout the 2009/2010 Hunting Season (Bow hunting only).
13. The above gets you 1 Whitetail Buck, 1 Doe, 4 Hogs, 4 Turkey.
14. No Trophy Fee for Whitetail Deer.
15. Take as many coyotes and bobcat as you please!
16. The only Trophy Fee is for Exotic animals i.e. Axis Deer: $1200 Buck and Corsican Ram and $1000 for Doe.
