I am looking to sublease my apartment as soon as possible. It is a small but trendy and is located around many cool stores and shops. Wheatsville, Central Market, and
other places for life's necessities are just a walk away. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The apartment has good lighting and uses little energy. Bills run around $50 a month.
Rent is $625 a month with a $375 deposit. You will sign a continuance on my lease which ends May 31st and my $600 deposit will go to you when it ends (giving you an extra $225). I am leaving soon
to go travel, so you can move in now and pay nothing for the month of November. There are no washer/dryer hook ups, but the laundry mat is
