I am living in a A1 apt at the Gables Grandview and I am looking to sign off my lease. I love the place and live on the top floor so there is no noise issue. I live in the building right before the pool and leasing office.

I am below market value in the area and have 7 months on my lease. This is perfect for someone moving to town or someone not looking for a long time lease.
