We are looking to sublet our 2/1 we have only lived here since oct. first but sadly have had a change of plans. We love this apartment and do not want to let it go. The kitchen is so nice with granite, new appliances, and hardwood- has a side dinning room. The bathroom is seriously huge-- full size garden tub and really just is a great place. living room and both bedrooms have carpet. There are accent walls painted and there is no one else living on this floor right now. It is a brand new complex so it is very quite. Dogs up to 60lbs are fine with a deposit.
