Hi there. I'm going to be out of town for the month of December and would love to sublet my apartment for the month. It will be furnished, of course, and is in the awesome Cherrywood neighborhood on Manor Rd. It's super close to El Chilito ,Vivo and El Chile. It would be for the entire month, Dec. 1 till Dec. 31, as I will be out of state. 600 would cover the month's rent, as well as the utilities for the month. Please let me know if you are interested.
