I signed this lease in July and stayed less than two weeks. I moved back to Seattle due to an emergency. The unit would be ready for move in as soon as the application is approved by 512 Realty, approximately 48 hours. The unit is vacant as I am in Seattle and is ready for move-in once 512 Realty ok's your application. The lease would last through July 2010.
This is a one bedroom unit with two closets, hardwood floors, gas stove, and dishwasher. The unit is in Hyde Park, off of Bennett and 45th (4520 Bennett - Spanish Trails) and is on the second of two floors. The $765 per month only includes basic cable (up to channel 80-something). There is a small swimming pool and BBQ pit at the complex. I do believe pets are allowed with an additional deposit.
