I'm renting one spacious bedroom with two closets and private bath. Rent is reduced from 600 and is now $475. The apartment is in the Lantana complex and my roommate is a 22 year old female graduate who is clean, super sweet, and fun!!! I can leave my furniture over the summer or not. Lease can go May 20-August 13th. Deposit is $250 which will be returned to you fully if apartment is left in similar condition. There is parking stickers given and guest parking passes available at the office. My apartment is a couple of blocks from UT and a cheap cab ride from downtown.
