Looking for a female student willing to share a 1-1 with my roommate who is a UT student. Price includes water, gas, and cable internet and TV. Electricity will be split between the two roommates. Apt is completely furnished and you get 1 parking spot. Extremely close to campus next to Dobie (5 min walking distance to business school). $360 per month starting end of May-August 15 (dates negotiable). Please- no dogs, cats, or smokers.

I attached some pictures of the living/study/kitchen area. The apartment is at a very convenient location and is closest to campus out of all of the off-campus apartments. It's located right next to a private dormitory and the bus stop is a minute walk away and you're basically on campus. My apartment is small as you can tell in the pictures. There is one reserved covered parking space for you. If you would like for me to send you a picture of the bedroom, let me know. I'm in the process of changing the layout of the two twin beds where you will be sharing a room. I'm changing the layout so that there is a drawer chest between the 2 beds. The place is fully furnished, and the table you saw in the 2nd picture where my roommate was sitting will be your desk (incl the chair). You will also get a cabinet and some closet space of course. There is also wireless cable internet included and a tv in the bedroom.Washer and dryer is included inside the apt.
I've lived here for 3 years and am graduating, but my roommate (who you would be with) is a UT grad student taking summer school.
