Hey I am looking to lease a one bedroom one bath in a three bed and three bath apartment. My rent is normally $700, but since school is almost over I am lowering the price to $550 a month!!! You can't beat that. The lease would start as soon as May 10 all the way thru the end of July. I will also be providing a parking spot in a covered garage with garage opener. The bedroom is very spacious and already contains a built-in desk into the wall, all you need is a bed. It has a walk-in closet and its own private bathroom.
