There are four girls who have all left UT and need to sublease our apartment. Its $859 per bedroom, and has many many amenities. It's got a balcony on the fifth floor and includes parking, internet and cable with HBO. Each bedroom gets its own bathroom as well.
It's very close to UT campus and the lease dates are August to August.
Amenities include: washer/dryer in all apartments, closets, cable has DVR, security controlled garages and doors, contemporary lighting, business center, grills outside a great fitness center (state of the art) and a garden. also has a tanning bed!!
We're willing to lease only one room but would be awesome if there was all four.
