im moving out of state and i just signed a lease on a really nice, spacious apartment with a nice, clean roommate. The room has a huge walk in closet and its own bathroom and the apartment is all hardwood floors. The lease can start anywhere from June 28th or after and im willing to take off some of the rent in order to sublease this place!!!
