My roommates and I are all moving to Dallas in Mid-May and we are looking to sublease our apartment at Park Place until Mid-August.

4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom (Very Spacious)
3 Parking Spots (Garage Permit Parking)
$625 per bedroom ($2500 for all 4 bedrooms) + Utilities and Gas (Rent is negotiable)
Cable, Internet, and Furniture are not provided.
We are looking to sublease each room, and if there are 4 roommates who would like to live together then we will take that into account.
We will prorate the rent for May and August. The rent amount is negotiable.
