I'm transferring and I really need to sublet my room. It's a two bedroom house, all hardwood floors, and walk in closets [your room would come with two walk ins]. The house comes with all appliances, and there are two porches, as well as a driveway for you to park on. There are two other people living in the house, one is a studio arts major, and one is a linguistics/ spanish/ italian major. Both go to UT, and are awesome people.
Since I've already paid the deposit and first months rent, you wont have to pay anything until September, and utilities are split but shouldn't be any more than 50 dollars a month. You'll just need to pay an application fee [80.00], and once you're approved, you'll be put onto the lease.
Also, if you have a roommate, or if you think you want to get a roommate, you can each pay 350 a month.
