i need someone to sublet my room, in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex at manchaca and william cannon for $975 a month, but split 3 ways. the other two roomates are male musicians- one in late 20's and the other barely 20,and one travels every weekend. Bills are split evenly 3 ways, so never more than $70 (that's at the absolute max) in addition to $325 for rent. has dishawasher. would have to share a bathroom with a good size room with a walk-in closet. 420 friendly. please, no shady stuff.
