I have a wonderful apartment on 2nd and Lavaca (the AMLI downtown) that I am hoping to sublet for the summer (mid-May through mid-August - dates flexible).
It's a big one-bedroom (~1000sq ft), fully furnished and very clean. You'd have use of the gym and pool here, as well as the option for a parking space.
I know the rates seem high for Austin but you don't spend any money on cabs and its walking distance to basically every bar as well as the Town Lake trails. The location could not be any better.
