My apt will be available June 1st and you can either lease it for 3 months which is when my lease will be up, August 31st, or we can sub-lease. The rent is negotiable so please let me know if anyone is interested. It would be a waste to leave my apt and it remain vacant for 3 months. I also have a washer and dryer that I can leave in until August. The floorplan is the A3 which is the largest 1 bedroom that they have and is 699 sqft.
