I am looking to sublet my bedroom, part of a 4/2 apartment, located near Riverside exit(Exit 233 off I-35, only 2 exits from UT campus). The complex is called University Commons Apartments. This is generally a student populated complex. The complex has provided all furniture and all bills paid. The apartment will be shared with 3 other guys, all either doing summer school at UT or internships.
You can move in as soon as May 20 and the lease runs through August 12th. May rent will be PAID for already, so you are just responsible for paying June, July, and part of August, which is $168.40. Again, all other bills are paid for.
