The apartment is in a great location. It's only minutes walking from a cafe, a park, dozens of restaurants, and a grocery store. It is also only minutes driving from Central Market, Zilker Park, and sixth street.
I am going to leave the apartment furnished. The furnishings will include a bunk bed, a small couch, a small table, a couple of chairs, and kitchen necessities like a couple pots/pans, dishes, silverware, and a couple cooking utensils, and a coffee maker. The only utilities not covered are electricity and cable. Neither my roommate nor I watch TV, so if you would like cable you will have to have that set up yourself. The apartment also has a balcony.
Terms:
Rent: $ 695 per month
Utilities: Free Wi-fi, water, gas. You only cover electricity and cable.
Pets: Pets are allowed but you will have to pay a deposit. They must be small, < 30 lbs.
Parking: 1 permit per person, per car. So if one person will be living there and they will have a car, they will get 1 permit.
