Recently I was laid off from my work and my husband is in the process of transferring from national guard to active duty military. We should be moving soon, however we don't know when. Our only option to get out of our lease is with orders, which we don't have yet, or have someone sign a 12 months lease with our complex to move into our unit.
We have a one bedroom, one bath apartment. It is on the 3rd floor, but it is wonderful not having anyone below you. Plus, you have the added bonus of a lower rate with top floor. It's an end untit as well, so you only have one neighbor, which we never hear, and a large balcony. We have 840 sq ft total, the complex has a gym and a nice pool and gameroom.

The complex has said that whoever moves in will get to keep our deposit!!! We put down $530 when we moved in, and there are no damages to the apartment other than the usual carpet... people not taking their shoes off. We'll the steamcleaning the carpet and getting the place ready for you. If you would like to come and see it let me know!
