It is in the new part of Circle C (Circle C West) in south Austin, close to the Y at Oak Hill and the new H-E-B and shops at Escarpment Village & Slaughter. There are great bicycle trails, a park and an Olympic size community swimming pool in the neighborhood. It is very safe for children and there are lots of kids they can play with in the neighborhood (babies to teenagers). The house is 3500 square ft.
We are looking for responsible people that will love and enjoy our home while we travel this summer. The refundable security deposit is one month’s rent ($3500) and will be refunded within 30 days after you move out, provided no damage has been done to the house/furniture.
