I'm moving out of Austin to go work and my lease doesn't run out until August.
I'm looking for a sublet, preferably male, to take over my part of the rent from June - August.
The room is big and the house is in great condition. Would leave a couch and desk, but no bed. Shared bathroom and shower with one other person.
Rent is 625/mo but I would be willing to negotiate so I don't have to pay the full price.
