I have one bedroom in a 2 bed, 1 bath apt located right next to the
campus (literally 5 min walk). Also, on the route of 7 (10 min to
downtown) and next to route of IF etc. My roommate will be interning
at AT &T and hence will retain his room. The apartment is very
spacious and semi-furnished (bed, dining table, couch+loveseat, coffee
tables, side table, book shelf).
The rent is 815 (divided equally amongst my roommate and
you).(electricity not included). Also, you are free to use all of my
furniture. Honestly, its the cheapest deal you can find considering
the location and size.
I am leaving for internship mid May and will return mid august but the
start and end dates are negotiable considering that my roommate is
also gone from early May till early June.
