I wish to move out of Texas in late May or the first/second week of June. I am looking for a person (female) to sublease my bedroom at University Village Austin. It is fabulous to live in - everything is included. The 4 bedroom apartment (first floor) is upgraded with nice granite kitchen counter, stove and fridge. The floor in living room is hardwood. The bedroom has its own private bedroom and it is furnished with bed, chair and desk. The apartment amenties are swimming pool, wifi, tanning salon, gym, computers, printers and fax machine at the club house. The apartment complex is a few minutes' walk from the CP bus stop. There are HEB, McDonalds, Blockbuster, etc within a walking distance or 5 minutes by driving.
The lease lasts a year and 2 months. I signed up for 18 months. If you were to sublease me, you can find someone else to sublease you later when you plan to stay for less than a year. June and July rent will be paid by me so it is free two months' rent for you.
