2 furnished bedrooms in a 4/4 available for move in May 18, 2008. The lease ends August 10, 2008, so it is perfect for a summer apartment! The apartment complex is 10 min from downtown and 15 minutes from UT. There are shuttle buses that take to you UT and to 6th street from the front of the complex.
The rents on both of the rooms vary. One is $405 and one is $369. Rent covers monthly rent, furniture, washer/dryer, cable, internet, trash, water and kitchen appliances. The only thing not paid for is electricity which runs about $30/$45 in the summer. The balcony faces volleyball courts, pool and club house. We have already paid May and August rent, so we just ask that you pay a reletting fee of 80%-85% of one month's rent.
The entire complex is student housing, so college-aged people live there. It's a great place to live and very affordable!
