I'm trying to sublease my apartment ASAP. I'm moving in with some other friends so I need someone to take over my lease. My lease is up at the end of Jan. 09. My unit is on the second floor and no one is above me so you don't have to worry about neighbors upstairs being loud. It's located off of Wickersham between Oltorf & Riverside. It's called Lexington Hills. I have already put down a $200 deposit and that would go straigt to you your lease when you take over so all you have to pay is the application fees. The only way you would have to put down a deposit is if you have bad credit. Below is some stuff about the apartment & complex. You will have to pay $806 each month on the first, but that includes water for one person, gas, and trash.
