This 2 bd/ 2 bath is available June 9 - the end of July. We have dogs, though they will not be there while we are gone (just want you allergic folks to know!) There are wood floors, an office, tile in the kitchen and both baths, onsite laundry and a secure entrance with a lobby. It has a gas stove, phone, and internet (though not wireless), entertainment system, the works!
I am open to offers - the price is less important than who you are and how well you will take care of my home! I am leaving the country and most of the furnishings will remain in the apartment. Please let me know a little about you and (if someone else is coming, them) and what price is best for you, considering the location and provisions...just make an offer!
