I have one (or maybe two) bedrooms available for June and July in a three-bedroom two-story house in a quiet part of Hyde Park next to the UT intramural fields. There is a big living room with a nice dining area and kitchen. It has a deck and pool which are shared with the neighbors--great for grilling, hanging out and entertaining.
It is fully furnished now and I could leave it furnished for you.
