I have a nice 2-1 apt very close to UT/downtown area. It is just a few blocks east of 26th St./Dean Keeton. There are city buses and UT shuttle [EC] nearby. The rent is $375 ABP. I am a male, 44, engineer by profession, working part time, looking for a full time job. I am vegetarian. I do not smoke/drink or do drugs. I am very quiet and clean. My lease is on month to month basis.
