The Apartment is a 3/2 in West Campus. You will be subleasing 1 room that has its own attached bathroom. The room comes with a parking spot in the garage. There will be 3 other girls living in the apartment this summer, but you will have your own room, bathroom, and closet. I would prefer to leave the room furnished, since I will be returning for the fall but I can move it if you like.
If furnished the room will come with:
-a full sized bed
-a desk
-a bookcase
-a set of drawers in the closet
The rest of the apartment will be furnished as well: dishes, pots, pans, washer, dryer.
Move in date: Anytime after May 26th
Move-out date: August 21 (this is negotiable if you need to stay a few days longer)

The apartment is down the street from 2 West Campus bus stops, and it takes about 6 minutes walking to get to Guadalupe. (about a 10-15 minute walk to anywhere on campus)
