The house is less than three years old and in great condition, new appliances in kitchen and concrete floors in the living areas. Also has a back deck with a fenced backyard. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstand, desk, recliner and TV. Roommates are a guy and girl in their 20s, both non smokers, social, and low key during the week. Must be ok with a young dog. Room available from middle of May (as early as May 19) to the middle of August. Rent is 600/month plus utilities.
