We'd love someone who is looking for something temporary until they find something else, so we're flexible about move-in and move-out dates. We're just trying to save some money after the birth of our little baby boy who is now 4 months old! We also have a sweet Border Collie who is always looking for someone to play with him... :) We'd love someone who is responsible, mature, friendly, and wouldn't mind sharing the extra bathroom with a little guy (he'd only need it for his 5 minute baths!)...  My husband and I both work a lot, and our baby boy goes with us to work's daycare, or his grandparents' house every day of the week except Mondays when he's home with his daddy... <br>

Let me share with you what I have to offer:  I have a private very large master bed room (and full use of common space) available to sublet in my very cool vibe 3-bedroom duplex condo. If you like nature the sun rises in one of your rooms windows and sets in the other one.<br>

The place is in a classic south Austin 78704 neighborhood with nearby music scenes and is perfect for someone wants a private, chilled out environment. There's lots of space, sunlight, trees and ambiance as it backs up to a 20 acre wild life preserve. It's walking distance from South Lamar, Kerby Lane, Maria's taco express, 7-11, The Old Alligator Grill, Rockin Tomato, Block Buster, Half Price Books and The Greenbelt. <br>

The meditation room features a fire place with glass 2 story windows from the floor to the ceiling and your room is fully furnished and there is extra storage in the garage  your private room is on the first floor.  The building is in a private heavily wooded compound with laid back single neighbors who have become good friends and we often get together to enjoy the outdoors over a beer, music and fire pit, plus they have a four story deck to share that overlooks Austin. <br>

ABOUT ME: <br>
I'm a professional mind, body, spirit life coach, healer and workshop leader. I consider myself to be very laid back and accepting and only want housemates who are similar and who values Drama Free living. I'm friendly and social, attend the music scenes, I sometimes travel on business, I have a training in the meditation hall every 6 to 8 weeks (you are welcome to attend free). I'm a pseudo-vegetarian, love yoga, going to the gym, walking in the green belt or around Town Lake and love a good party from time to time. I have a two year old indoor/outdoor grey and white female cat named Gracie and I have lots of outdoor plants and landscaping that I enjoy nurturing. I respect an individual's personal privacy. <br>

I live in a realllly cool apartment with amazing roommates.  The place is on the east side and a 5 minute drive to Riverside ACC and there is a UT bus stop right in front of our apartment!  Not to mention the AWESOME hike and bike trail is right next to us, we have another hiking area behind us, and HEB across the street!  We study during the week and have fun on the weekends.  The apartment has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, nice wood floors, furnished, and we have reallly cheap gas/electric bills.  I move out January 1st, and the lease is through August 2010. I have a beautifully decorated duplex 2/2 for rent starting Feb. 4th.  IT HAS A HUGE FENCED IN BACK YARD AND A PATIO. IT'S THE ONLY RENTAL IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.  The neighbors are quiet and so is the street.  It's a wonderful deal for this up and coming area. <br>

I'm looking for a month to month tenant or one who would sign a 6 month lease as the place is for sale and needs to be made accessible to agents from time to time. The tradeoff is a serious reduction in rent.  We can discuss pets that wouldn't impede the selling process.  This is a great place!!   The front needs a bir of a facelift. Don't let that dissuade you.<br>

The apartment complex is only 1 and a half years old and I am the first and only tenant to live in the unit. I am not a smoker nor do I have any animals. (However, pets are allowed) So the apartment is in impeccable condition!! <br>

On two bike paths; just up the hill from the Shoal-Creek bike path, which runs all the way south of the river and Barton Springs Pool. We are an Artist-designer owned space with big living room, glossy painted cement floors (one bdr with WOOD floors, one painted dark caramel), alt-country/Indie-music screenprinted posters on walls, clean, spacious, minimalist, and sweet. Living room has vaulted ceiling, spacious kitchen, large backyard, full. House is airy and peaceful, lightly furnished with velvet couch, nice padded, very new, comfortable futons. Kitchen lightly stocked with dishes/pots & pans, gas stove, full refrigerator. Sweet outdoor coffee table on rear patio for coffee/wine outside in mornings or evenings. <br>

I am subletting it from now until April 30th, after which you have the option to renew.  The floorplan is 825 square feet.  The rooms are very roomy.  I took these photos on an iphone, so be aware the rooms look much bigger in person as I could not fit the entire room in each pic.  The apartment is very close to shopping and restaurants on Lamar, including the new Whole Foods.  There is a UT Shuttle bus stop at the apartment complex. Dogs and cats are OK with a pet deposit.  Dogs must be over one year old and under 40 lbs.  Give me a call if you would like to come and see it.<br>
