You will of course have access to the bathroom/shower, tv with cable, internet, kitchen (veggies and fish okay, poultry and meat not okay, sorry), washer and dryer, and street and/or driveway parking.  <br>

We are laid back, nice, easy to get along with people.  We are both heavily tattooed and into music, but keep a pretty quiet, very clean household.  I don't smoke, but he does, outside only.  No drugs, but yes to drinking.  We just ask that you be respectful and nice. <br>

The house is 2.2 miles east of downtown off 7th street.  Very easy access to the airport and highways.  Cab ride home from downtown is around $7.<br>

There is a kingsize bed in the room that can either stay or arrangements can be made for it to be moved. Rent is $565/mo plus 1/4 of utilities. Utilities include cable, internet, electric, gas, water, yard, w/d. You would be required to pay a fully refundable $500 deposit. I would consider breaking that up into 2 mos. <br>

You'd have full access to rest of house. Great kitchen with huge island. Perfect throwing dinner parties. Living/dining area. There is a w/d in the house. There is plenty of room if you have furniture to bring with you. Has a good size back patio that would works well for entertaining, bbqing. <br>

Some additional storage available but not a lot. <br>

You'd be sharing the house with 3 others in there late 20s/early 30s. 2 females & 1 male. Currently there is no pet in the house but they are allowed and would just need to be discussed with roommates. I have paid the pet deposit for my dog and we can discuss the fee for that if necessary. Cig smoking outside only. Open minded household so male, female, gay, straight is all fine. One roommate not there a lot, 1 is professional musician but very quiet and usually working in his room. The other is medical professional and works mid day shift. <br>

The availability of our apartment is flexible, within the next month or just whenever you would like to move in and the lease is through this coming August.  Most of the 2 bedroom apartments here at the Camden are in the $1800 price range so $1400 is a great deal.  There is a pool and an exercise room as well as plenty of covered parking for you and your guests.  We often WALK downtown since we are just over the bridge, but if we are in a hurry a $5 cab ride isn't so bad!  We live on the top floor and have high ceilings, a fireplace, and a small balcony.  Our apartment is pet friendly and there is always maintenance on duty and someone to pick up your trash for you on the weekdays.  Time Warner Cable is included in the rent.  I could go on and on.  We have rented a washer and dryer from Azuma and would like for someone to pick up that $35 a month lease as well.  Please give me a call or send me an email if you are interested.  <br>

It comes with free internet and cable television (including HBO), an assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, balcony, big closet, designer countertops, rooftop garage, pool and spa, tanning beds, game room with poker tables and foosball, fitness center, gated garage parking, bbq pitt, media center with free printing, and west campus bus stops in two areas of the complex. <br>

All you are required to pay for is the rent, water, and electricity. *parking, cable and internet is included in rent* I am willing to try to lower the rent if need be. You will also receive a mail key and a card that gets you into all these great amenities in the complex. <br>

The apartment complex is only 1 and a half years old and I am the first and only tenant to live in the unit. I am not a smoker nor do I have any animals. (However, pets are allowed) So the apartment is in impeccable condition!! <br>

There a several wonderful amenities available, which include: a 24 hour fitness center, there is a stand-up tanning bed, business center with computers and wifi within the clubhouse, there are two pools and hot tubs with several barbeque grills around the area. The complex is gated with a remote control to enter. Inside the apartment, there are updated appliances and washer and dryer connections, if you have or choose to get a washer and dryer. There is also a clothes care center located in the office/clubhouse. The bathroom has a very nice garden tub and a big walk-in closet.
