Nice one bedroom one bathroom plus study with wood floors in Tarrytown. The rent is actually $875/month but I am subsidizing it at $725/month because I am trying to get the place subletted quick. So you are actually getting a nicer place for your buck. I am subletting it from now until April 30th, after which you have the option to renew. The floorplan is 825 square feet. The rooms are very roomy. I took these photos on an iphone, so be aware the rooms look much bigger in person as I could not fit the entire room in each pic. The apartment is very close to shopping and restaurants on Lamar, including the new Whole Foods. There is a UT Shuttle bus stop at the apartment complex. Dogs and cats are OK with a pet deposit.
