We're moving to Austin after the first of the year. We have a 1800 sf, 3-bedroom ranch home 3 miles from the Nashville airport (but not in the flight path). Great outdoor living. Most interested in a leasing arrangement until we learn Austin. But would entertain other scenarios. We'd be willing to downsize.
