We are looking to go on vacation in October of next year and thought we'd see what offers we can get for a housing swap during Austin City Limits Music Fest.

Our house is in South Austin, about 20 minutes from the festival. We have a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with a large deck and backyard that backs up to a creek.
We have two dogs (very friendly). House is smoke-free (outdoors okay).
