JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility of the Production Coordinator is to assist the Senior Production Manager and guarantee success and excellence at every stage of the video production process.
While the role has a range of responsibilities, the following are most important:
- Coordinate all Pre-Production, Production and Post Production duties for multiple projects simultaneously
- Help recruit, train, manage and evaluate national network of videographers, associate producers and video editors
- Assume the role of Associate Producer on occasion during location shoots
- Help ensure that all video footage meets company quality guidelines
- Coordinate shoot details with client
- Coordinate company and contractor travel
- Work closely with sales team to ensure a smooth process and communication flow
- Communicate production status daily via the production dashboard
- Maintain detailed records reflecting operational activities, costs of services and inventory of productions
- Manage expense reports for the Senior Production Manager, Directors and contract staff
- Maintain company owned video production equipment
- Always find a way to get the job done right
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- At least three years of experience coordinating video productions, including coordinating the production and scheduling.
- At least three years contracting professional services, location scouting and shooting, casting crew and talent, logistical coordination of cast, crew and equipment.
- Demonstrable record of success in multi-tasking

We are looking for hardcore Hip-Hop and electric guitar-heavy Rock/alternative metal music for some of the action sequences in BLOOD SUN TOWN.
