The Electrical Technician will:
•Install, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments, meteorological sensors, and data loggers in the field for wind turbine power performance measurements;
•Specify and procure equipment with engineering support;
•Operate general electrical and electronics test equipment;
•Perform basic programming of data loggers with engineering support;
•Create, interpret and modify schematics, drawings, and plans using AutoCAD or other common drawing programs; and

Experience terminating connections on a wide variety of network and AV related cables using a wide array of crimp tools and stripping devices. Experience with hex code remote programming and remote control cloning techniques.
Any product or industry certifications are a plus but not required.
AMX, Crestron, Extron, or Lutron programming experience and certifications a plus but not required.
Qualified candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
1. Must Have Valid Drivers License
2. Must Pass Criminal Background check (No Felonies with the last five years, not currently serving probation or parole for a felony, No violent crimes, sexual crimes, or crimes involving children.)
3. Must Pass Pre Employment Drug Screen
4. Must Have Own Transportation
5. Must have a minimum of six months experience in AV installations or construction experience in a related low voltage field.
