South Austin studio accommodations in a residence around the corner from Woodland Avenue, just off of I-35. This neighborhood of spacious homes, large yards, and stately old oak trees is a short distance from the South Congress area, downtown, Sixth Street, Eastside Austin, and the UT campus. The studio is a fully furnished 600 sq ft apartment, for 1-2 people, with queen-sized bed, seating area with sofa, kitchen and bath. It occupies the lower level of the home, looking out on the back yard, and has a patio with the entrance to the apartment. It is available for short stays of a few days or a week, but also has everything needed to be comfortable for longer visits of several weeks or a month. All towels and linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Enjoy an early morning or evening stroll, hop on one of the city metro buses around the corner to reach downtown and other central destinations in minutes --- restaurants, shopping, galleries, swimming, kayaking, hike and bike trails, local theater performances, and numerous choices for live music are all convenient and easy to reach.
