Cabin and Cottage Vacation Rental $40-$50
Situated in the Ingram area of Kerrville, our cottage and cabin offer an affordable vacation if you want to get away from life in the fast lane.
The cabin sleeps 3 (singly). It has a kitchen /diner with refridgerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. It has all you need to cook and dine. No need to bring anything but food. The bed/sitting room has 2 single beds and a television with dvd/vcr, and a selection of videos. The television does not receive tv channels. There is also internet access if you need to keep in touch with what is going on in the world. There is a portable radio too. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. There are fans and A/C window units. Outside there is a charcoal barbecue, table and chairs, and a firepit.
The cottage sleep 4 (2 doubles). It has a full kitchen/diner with everything you need to cook and eat with. A refridgerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove. There is also a radio/cd player. The bedroom has a queen bed and lots of drawers and closet space. The sitting room has a pull-out sofa bed. There is a television with Satelite tv, and a dvd player with a selection of movies to choose from. There is a bathroom with shower. Altogether it is very comfortable. Outside there is a picnic table and outside chairs. A charcoal barbecue is also provided. There are laundry facilities available too. Wireless internet is provided.
We welcome dogs and cats. However dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside, and cleaned up after. There is plenty of space to walk dogs. If your dog is prone to destroy furnishings we ask that you don’t leave them alone in the cabin or cottage for any length of time. These are sensible restrictions and are not intended to stop people bringing pets with them.
We provide towels and bedding, bathroom tissue, hand washing soap, dish washing soap, and coffee. You have to provide your own shower soap and shampoo and, of course, your own food. Please bring charcoal if you want to use the barbecue.
If there is anything you need we will try and accommodate it.
Both facilities are thoroughly cleaned after each occupancy and we regularly treat for pests.
