Renovated charming house in one of Austin's most upscale neighborhoods. less than two miles to Lake Austin, the Town Lake hike and bike trail AND Deep Eddy natural cold springs pool...a necessity and a blessing in Texas summers! 5 min. drive downtown. very conveniently located.
Brand new masterbath addition with clawfoot tub, wood floors throughout, very cozy / chic style (I've been told it looks somewhat "Anthrophology-ish"), nicely landscaped and very well maintained (and trampoline in backyard for kids!)
3 bedrooms: one kids room has a single bed with trundle underneath, the other kid's room has double bunk beds (bottom is a double, top is a single). The master has a new queen bed. All beds completely organic and wonderful!
Asking $350/nite. Available either graduation weekend, Memorial day weekend AND/OR from one week to 10 days at any point over the summer. Other than those two May weekends, prefer weekly rental (or min. of 5 nights).
No partiers please, this house is all I have :)
