Located at Magnolia Beach, on Matagorda Bay about 10 miles from Port Lavaca, Texas. Magnolia Beach is beautiful, clean, free, you can drive, park & fish on it. It connects with Indianola and Indianola Fishing Marina (lighted and known for great fishing and only $5 per person for each 24 hour period) at the far end of the beach.
Magnolia Beach is truly a “hidden jewel on the Texas coast” and the easiest and closest place to get to the beach from San Antonio or Austin. (about 170 miles from Austin)
We have 3 vacation rental homes located about 3-5 blocks from the beach. Eagle’s Nest (sleeps 7) has a view of the bay from the living room, main deck and an even greater view from the romantic upper deck. Magnolia Cottage and Gardenia Cottage are located side by side and sleep 10 and 8 respectively. All come equipped with clean sheets on the bed, towels, cooking utensils, central A/C, TV, about 100 in-house movies, coffee/coffee pot, blender, washer and dryer + much much more.
NOTE: We are a family oriented business! This is NOT a PARTY PLACE it is great for a romantic get-away weekend, fishing, bird watching, and just chilling out away from all the hustle and bustle we all have to deal with!
