Hope Farms is located in the middle of 54 acres, surrounded by other large ranches, and is 2 miles from Smithville. Stay in one of the theme rooms such as the Hollywood, Moroccan, Oriental, Hawaiian, Texas Western or Hope Dreams Suite.
Enjoy the super large island kitchen with subzero refrig/freezer where the cooks, family and friends love to mingle. The kitchen has large island cooking area with barstools and separate table with 6 chairs. There is also a formal dining area with chandelier for 8 guests. Sit in the parlor and enjoy the antiques, hand-carved antique fireplace or play the piano. The home is idea for that special gathering of family and friends as it has room for small and large groups with ease and provides the perfect setting to visit and enjoy quality time together.
Take a dip in the large 20 x 40 solarium-enclosed swimming pool with diving board. A Hot Tub and Ping Pong Table are next to swimming pool for enjoyment. Game room in home has Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball Table. Sit outside under the large sycamore and pecan trees and barbecue on pit or smoker while watching family or friends in swimming pool.

A 6 percent tax is added to all rentals. A $200 returnable cleaning deposit is required.
