Furnished Sixth Street Condo Downtown available for weekends. $350 for the first 2 nights, and then only $75 per night thereafter. That's only $75 PER NIGHT thereafter which is fairly inexpensive considering the amenities and 50 yard line location directly on Sixth Street, one block from the Austin Convention Center. The condo is $425 for 3 nights and I have a one week special at $699 for the week, and a monthly special at $1,895 for the month. It's the perfect spot to be directly in the center of all the action downtown and never have to drive drunk and risk a DWI.
I also have a larger 1200 sq foot 3BR Condo in the same building that can sleep up to 10 for $499 for the first 2 nights, and then it is $125 per night thereafter.
I also have a HUGE 1,800 sq foot 3+BR Condo in the same building that can sleep up to 14 for $650 for the first 2 nights, and then it is $175 per night thereafter.
2 bedroom 1 bath condo sleeps up to 6 people in 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms, PLUS a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Located on the fifty yard line of Sixth Street at 411 Sixth Street near Iron Cactus and Jackalope. 15 foot ceilings, tile counters in kitchen. Great unit downtown right in the middle of Austin's Historic Sixth Street with all the entertainment, restaurants, nightclubs, live music venues, art galleries etc. surrounding you.
The condo is on the second floor of the Historic Joseph Nalle Building on 6th Street on the corner of Sixth and Trinity. From this spot on Sixth Street you are obviously directly in the center of the Sixth Street Entertainment District and both the Red River Music District and the Warehouse District on 4th street are about three blocks walking distance to the east or west. Austin's Town Lake is four blocks, the Warehouse district is three blocks, Red River District is two blocks, the Texas Capital is a short walk, UT is a short bike ride, and the Austin Convention Center one block away. This location is convenient to many restaurants, live music clubs, dance clubs, pubs, cafes, and coffee shops. Shopping is varied and unique with galleries, boutiques, novelty shops and more. The Austin chain of lakes are all within a short walk or drive. Town Lake is only 5 blocks walk away with water sports and hike and bike trails.
I have Bikes available for $20 dollars each. This is $20 for the ENTIRE duration of your stay and you have the use of the bike and lock to get around town. If desired, they will be placed in your condo for you to use. They come with a lock and chain. Bikes are the best way to get around Downtown Austin during the day and there are many interesting things to see and do on bikes all within a 1/2 mile. There are the famous Austin Bats, millions of bats flying out from under the Congress Avenue Bridge each night at Dusk. The Texas State Capitol is on 11th and Congress. There are miles and miles of beautiful Hike and Bike Trails surrounding Town Lake 5 blocks away. Anyhow, the bikes are really fun to have during your stay.
Parking in front of the building is FREE all weekend long and after 4PM on weekdays. Otherwise it is 2 hour parking 9-5 weekdays. Parking lots are available less than a block away.
