This is a standard MLM scam for an Amway-like company called Melaleuca. Beware any ads that ask you for your information before revealing even the company name; Melaleuca appears nowhere in all the initial literature. Google "Work At Home United", and you'll see exactly two kinds of posts: one kind says it's not what it purports to be, and the other kind of response is so glowingly positive ("love it! Hundreds of dollars a month, and I'm a stay-at-home mom!") that they're obvious phonies.
And why is it in "Local News", anyway? Have the guts to put it where it belongs.
