SPECIAL THANK YOU from an MS-150 Rider... (Central Austin)

When I finished my MS-150 bike ride yesterday, I high-fived some spectators just before I crossed the actual finish line. In doing so, my wedding ring went flying off my finger and I crossed the line feeling horribly sad with the prospect that I'd lost it, despite having achieved a major accomplishment for a highly worthy charity. I walked around to where the event happened, and looked around the race course and didn't see it.
To my surprise and complete joy, a chap approached me asking me if I lost my wedding ring and a friend of his produced it! They were so genuinely happy for me and congratulated me on my ride. I couldn't say thank you enough.
Not sure if you read Craigslist but I wanted to publicly express my thanks for this lovely gesture. I really appreciate you finding it and hanging onto it for me. You folks are real stand-up citizens!
All the best,
A Highly Grateful MS-150 Rider
PS Thanks to all the Austinites who turned up to cheer everyone on! Talk about a great finish!
