Resident Council of Spring Terrace is a nonprofit neighborhood and tenant association founded by and for Spring Terrace residents in 2006. All residents of Spring Terrace are eligible to join and are automatically enrolled as members of the Association. We are located on St. John and I-35 in the St. John neighborhood across the street from Home Depot and on the same side as the new Burger King.
Resident Council of Spring Terrace empowers its members to participate in enhancing, managing, and protecting their homes and the quality of life of their community through our strength in numbers. We maintain our independence from property management but have formed a working relationship in order to secure the purpose and goals that established our creation.
Resident Council of Spring Terrace is in search of volunteers to assist us in managing a tenant association of 140 members. Opportunities include, but not limited to, assisting in: hosting weekly activities, managing our monthly newsletter, managing our website, setting up our accounting, advocating on our behalf to our property management and the community, generally advising us on affairs related to tenant associations, among others.

Resident Council of Spring Terrace is a member of Austin Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, Austin Neighborhoods Council, and St. John Neighborhood Association.
