They are responsible for bridging the gap between business owners of a project and the technology team responsible for implementing it. Key Job Responsibilities:
Solution configuration using HTML and CSS
Manage the technical deployment of the Bazaarvoice solution for new customers
Manage client technical relationships during the implementation project
Formal testing, troubleshooting, and QA
Development and maintenance of internal and client-facing documentation
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience as a key contributor to multiple technology integration engagements and meets most or all of the following requirements:
BS/BA degree required, Computer Science or CIS/MIS majors preferred
A strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and related web technologies
Knowledge of SQL and database design concepts (MySQL experience a plus)
UI design/mock-up skills are a major plus
Experience using version control and issue tracking systems a plus
Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed client expectations at every opportunity
Attention to detail and absolute focus on quality of work
Authorization to work in the U.S.
