To help us achieve our mission, we are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Webmaster/Internet Marketing Manager. This is a FULL-TIME position at our Pond Springs branch in NORTH AUSTIN, TX (near Anderson Mill Road).
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, but some flexibility may be possible.
Starting Pay Rate: $61,200 - $80,000/year to start, depending on experience
This position designs, develops, and executes the architecture and navigation of the Amplify website in order to optimize website engagement and convert website visitors to Amplify members. It is also responsible for drive-to-web marketing including search engine optimization, pay-per-click, and online advertising.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 5 years related work experience, preferably in a financial institution; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor\\\'s degree and basic project management skills preferred. To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of sales and contact management software, project management software and web-based software applications and tools is valuable, including Flash and video/audio editing software, Frontpage, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML and desktop publishing. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS · HTML 3.2/4.0 at the tag level (no WYSIWYG is required); · Dreamweaver and Coldfusion; · DHTML, COM and client-side JavaScript programming; · Browser compatibility issues; · Microsoft server-side VBScript and ASP development; · Converting existing images (TIFF, BMP, PSD) to online use (JPG, GIF) using Adobe ImageReady and PhotoShop.
