Key Responsibilities
• Support the Operations Manager and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Greeting and assisting clients
• Filing, copying, and other general administrative duties
• Assisting with overall office organization and daily operations
Qualifications / Requirements
• Previous administrative experience in a professional office setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Friendly, upbeat, and professional
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• A quick learner and adaptable to new programs
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
• A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Experienced in delivering outstanding customer service
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
