1st floor: expansive living room, large storage closet, and kitchen (dishwasher, disposal, electric range and oven, pantry, and refrigerator).
2nd floor: two 10' x 12' bedrooms (each with 4' wide closet), full bath with tub and shower, and 4' x 12' balcony on second floor.
Amenities on-site include a dog park, community laundry room ($1 wash; $1 dry), individual and community garden plots, composting, tenant parking, and a little community library.

$25 application fee per person. The usual one month's rent as deposit. Rent starts at $1,550 and includes everything except your electricity, telecommunications, and parking (off-street parking available at $25/vehicle/month).
