Cozy little house that needs responsible renters. This is a small, old house—about 800 square feet—-in the 78704 neighborhood surrounded by Mcmansions. It was built in the 1940s and is pretty much original-elderly and vintage character largely intact. It has washer/dryer connections, a large backyard fenced on 3 sides, a place to park off the streets (NO GARAGE), hardwood floors, vinyl planks, refrigerator, stove, Minisplits and window units for A/C and heat. It is in a prime location, within 2 miles of Zilker Park, downtown Austin, Lady Bird Lake, Palmer Auditorium. It is also in close proximity to eclectic parts of Congress (shops, eats, food trucks), library and an elementary school, etc. The house is located at 710 W. Monroe, Austin. TX. It's about midway between South 1st. and Bouldin off of Monroe. Pets are OK with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet. Please drive by any time and check out location!

$2000 1st month and $2000 deposit for a total of $4000 is required at the signing of the lease. Background and credit checks are requested as well as work and rental references. All monies including pet fees (if applicable) must be paid prior to move-in—-no payment plans. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, trash, and yard upkeep.
